noirGrade is an unofficial visual estimator and ROI calculator for comic collectors. It is not a grading service, not an authentication service, not financial advice. Final grades from CGC, CBCS, PGX or others may differ from our estimates. Sale prices may differ from our projections.

Our AI reads the photos you submit. It cannot see restoration that does not show in the photos, married pages, undisclosed trims, or anything obscured by the slab orientation. Estimate quality depends entirely on photo quality. Bad photos make bad estimates.

Verify current market values with live comp sales before acting. Verify submission fees, return shipping, and the grading service's own rules. Don't ship books on a verdict from this tool alone. A SEND verdict is a hypothesis, not a guarantee.

One human per account. Don't share credentials. Don't upload material you don't have the right to upload. Don't run automated scrapers against the API. Abuse, illegal content, or anything that endangers other users may result in suspension without refund.

noirGrade is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for grading outcomes, sale prices, lost profit, or any losses arising from acting on our output. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at sign-in before they take effect. Continued use after a change means acceptance. If you don't accept, request deletion under the Privacy policy and stop using the service.
